Victor John Penner: Not Safe to Occupy
January 15 to February 29, 2014

Asked by a law enforcement agency to photograph Illegal Marijuana Growing Operations (Grow-Ops) in Vancouver in 2001, Penner put together a catalogue of images that opened a window into another world. This exhibition was guest-curated by Michael Love.
